Hikari is the youngest member of the Powerpuff team and as such, she addresses her teammates respectfully. Hikari, like most girls her age, enjoys shopping, fashion, and other similiar activities. She becomes Rolling Bubbles when she saves a small girl from a mysterious white light.

Hikari/Bubbles's main weapon is the Suihou Wand, which she recieved after saving a little girl who was blowing bubbles at the time. The Shihou Wand can send out a wide assortment of bubble attacks, ranging from numerous small one to a single large bubble. The bubble attacks can fulfill many purposes, such as immobilizing or harming foes or protecting innocent people.

Hikari's partner is a small penguin-like Pokemon named Pochama. Pochama is a bit of a brat at times, and she tends to be overly proud, but she does look out for Hikari and her other teammates. Like her Pokemon teammates, Pochama can communicate perfectly with her partner, Hikari, due to their initial fusion.

ARTIST'S NOTE: This one was actually the first of the Pokemon Powerpuffs that I drew, and I think it came out the best. The only reason I submitted this and my other drawing in this state is becuase I don't have Photoshop. Either way, I'm proud of my work. I just wish I didn't forget to color Hikari/Bubbles' belt jewel.
